/ Mother-daughter lineage

Sanctuary built on shared quiet

Founded by a mother and daughter combining somatic movement and kitchen craft, creating spaces where caregiving women can finally set down their heavy calendars.

The origin

From family kitchen to quiet circles

We noticed how often the women we love spent their lives carrying everything for everyone else, leaving no room for their own nervous systems to soften. Our gatherings grew out of weekend dinners where time stretched and the noise of daily obligations simply faded away.

By keeping our circles capped at twelve guests, we ensure that hospitality remains intimate and personal. There is no performance here, no hurried schedules—only unhurried mornings, restorative movement, and meals shared around a warm communal table.

Our commitment

Rest is not a reward you have to qualify for; it is the ground you stand on.

Permission to pause completely, surrounded by genuine warmth.
